In the third quarter of 2025, the social networking landscape in Turkey saw notable activity among the top five applications, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Telegram Messenger showed a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $101K by the end of September. Downloads were robust, reaching a high of 177K mid-July, while weekly active users grew from 24.6M to nearly 25.9M over the quarter.

NSosyal experienced a surge in weekly downloads, hitting a peak of 289K in late July before declining to 21K by the end of the quarter. Active users followed a similar trend, peaking at 394K in late July before settling at 146K.

OmeTV – Video Chat Alternative maintained a stable revenue flow, peaking at $38K in early September. Downloads fluctuated, with a high of 89K at the start of the quarter, and a decline to 57K by the end. Active users also varied, ranging from 679K to 482K.

Facebook kept a consistent download rate, peaking at 142K mid-September. Revenue was relatively stable, averaging around $12K weekly. Active users saw a slight decrease from 24.5M to 23.7M.

WhatsApp Messenger recorded steady growth in downloads, reaching a peak of 187K in late September. The app maintained a strong active user base, consistently around 60M throughout the quarter.
